A healing day for you at The Healing Yard Sigwells.
A beautiful day for you to reconnect to pause and receive deep healing.
Come and spend time with the healing herd 7 beautiful mares who will hold you and heal you.

Step off the merry go round of life, switch off your phone and give yourself permission to stop. Let go of the guilt and come and find you.

This journey of life can be confusing and let’s be honest some times hard. Come and feel supported, sit with other women, a time to relax, a time to stop. A day of healing, talking in a safe place with no judgement just encouragement and love.

We will explore ways to help you in your daily life to become grounded and protected. We will explore your shadow, see what is holding you back, you may be surprised.

There will be meditations and quiet time for you to reflect. Are you following your true path or do you feel there is something else? Perhaps something you are not yet seeing and feeling.

Receive healing from Elaine and the herd then feel your energy balancing as the stress and worries disappear.

Our workshops are small no more than 5 people.

Connecting with your Inner Child

If you have had enough of criticizing yourself, overthinking, feeling anxious, or afraid to be yourself, then this workshop is for you!

We all come into this world as a beautiful pure light. During our early years we are told how to behave, when to speak and along the way we lose who we are.

Within you is the beautiful little you waiting to be loved and cared for. To be brought out to play and lighten your energy.

It is time to find little you and offer the hand of friendship.

Sit in circle with other women, a time to relax, a time to stop. A day of healing talking in a safe place with no judgement just encouragement and love.

I ask you to bring a picture of your younger self. You will reopen the connection to you, not the you that you have become but the real you who is waiting deep within. The you that laughed for no reason, the you who danced, sang and didn't care what anyone thought. Let’s recapture her again and set you free from the restraints of life. Just for a day come and be you.

We will spend time with the healing herd. A beautiful herd of 7 mares who can guide and lead you to a place of self discovery.

Meet Eva who will guide you through Elaine with your own personal message. Eva’s words of wisdom have been comforting and even life-changing for some.

Finishing the day with a meditation of thanks and taking the young you home to lighten you and bring sparkle to your day.
