The horses are calling us to learn a new way, to connect on a deeper level. To find relaxation and peace, a space where equine wisdom and human energy intertwine in profound ways. Horses hold a mirror to our souls, reflecting back what we don’t often realise we are projecting. Their sensitivity, their ability to feel our presence beyond words, creates an opening for deep healing and understanding. Learning to recognise our own energy and learning how it influences the horses - is powerful. It’s a reminder that connection isn’t just about training or technique but also about us. We need to experience the moment and just be.

This workshop sets you up to connect with a horse on a soul level, the most magical experience. Time stands still and the rest of the world melts away, there is just you and the horse. Perhaps it’s time to slow down, breathe, and let them lead the way. To trust their signals, and allow their wisdom to unfold naturally.

Have you ever thought about how your energy is influencing your horses behaviour? They want you to find relaxation and peace, along the way to experience the now, the moment and just be, to recognise our own energy and how it affects the horse.

Everything we do is communication to the horse, everything the horse does is communication to us.

To connect with a horse on a soul level is the most magical experience. Time stands still and the rest of the world melts away, there is just you and the horse. his workshop will open your eyes to the communication signals you are giving your horse and how, without knowing, you are influencing your relationship. We will look at what influences our horses, and learn how deep and sensitive they really are. They respond best when we bring calm, grounded energy into their space. Slowing our breath, softening our movements, and being fully engaged in the moment lets them trust us more deeply.

This workshop will take you on a journey so unique you will never see the horse in the same light again.

Horses are incredibly sensitive to energy shifts. When we align our energy with theirs, whether through movement, breathing, or silent interaction, we create an intuitive bond.

When we open ourselves to healing energy, we’re not just connecting—we’re aligning with their natural flow. You will learn how to connect with the natural flow and ground yourself.

Channelling healing energy into a horse is a powerful way to deepen your connection and support their emotional and physical well-being. It’s about attuning to their energy, opening yourself as a conduit, and allowing healing to flow naturally.

Our relationship with our horse should not be one sided. You will learn what horses need from us. We will help you to find that beautiful place and be in the moment, the place where we truly need to be to connect with our horses soul to soul. Its a reminder that connection isn’t just about training or technique but so much more.

We will take you on a beautiful meditation to Spirit Horse - your own special place where you can go to for peace and guidance.

You will learn the first step in communication, it is how every being communicates and that does not require words.

Elaine will share stories from the horses and help you with any problems you are having with your own horses.

The afternoon will be spent with the healing herd, 9 beautiful mares who wish to guide you to feel the beautiful connection. An unspoken dialogue, flow of energy, trust and intuition. A bond where words are unnecessary, replaced instead by presence, breath, love and shared understanding.

This is more than just a workshop - it’s a journey into trust, awareness and the language of energy.

You will return home with a booklet on the day and instructions on how to heal your own horse. After the workshop you will receive the spirit horse meditation to download so you can travel to your very own special place whenever you need to.
