Reading energy & healing through the chakras workshop

Explore the energies that reside in each of the seven main chakras, learn where they are in the body, what they represent, and how they influence the horse.

This workshop is designed to help you balance both your own and your horse’s energetic flow and create a new level of oneness. Learn how every day life can disrupt the energy within and what we need to do to create changes for not only our horses but also ourselves.

What happens during this workshop?

We will start the day with introductions and refreshments. Then Elaine will talk to you about keeping yourself safe when giving healing, taking you through a grounding and protection and then a guided meditation to spirit horse will follow.

Then the focus will be on you, using healing techniques and colour to learn to rebalance and connect with your own energy. You will work with each other giving healing through the chakras.

You’ll learn how the chakras are connected to the whole of the horse, both body, mind and spirit. How disruption to the flow of energy can lead to stiffness and the feeling of not being quite right with both ourselves and our horses.

We will then join our healing herd for a demonstration of healing through the chakras. Then you will work with one of my beautiful girls who will guide you through healing the chakras.

By the end of the day, you will leave with the knowledge to enable you to offer healing to your own horse, bringing you together with a deeper understanding and connection.
